PTSD Healing
The form of the PTSD healing we are offering here is based upon resonance which is a well-established healing method.
Resonance in its simplest form is when the opera singer hits a high note which shatters a glass.
Quantum physics now tells us that resonance is a fundamental property of the universe like gravity. Resonance is the way energy arranges itself into form. It's that fundamental and it applies to the tiniest particles as well as to whole galaxies.
Resonance healing can be seen in animals when they select plants and minerals to medicate themselves. They choose intuitively in some way plants that resonate with what is wrong with them. So the use of resonance for healing goes back to the time of the animal kingdom and therefore tens and hundreds of million of years ago.
Homoeopathy is a worldwide system of medicine based upon resonance, (homoeopaths call resonance like cures like), that has stood the test of time. These resonances are a further development of homeopathic methods
Specific PTSD Resonances for healing
These are both for healing the actual PTSD that happened to a person and inherited PTSDs.
While it may be that there is one underlying mechanism involved in PTSD there are many important aspects that vary according to the type of event so below there are a range of resonances to suit the individual conditions and it should be possible to pick the one that roughly covers the event or events that happened. There is some overlap between these resonances inevitably. For example shock occurs in war and accidents. It's best to use the simplest resonance that is appropriate.
Shock Resonance
This is for any shock which is overwhelming. It's for the shock of something terrible that happen to somebody else. For example the shock of your parents or child being killed suddenly, where the shock is sudden, overwhelming and does not resolve. In shock causing PTSD there will be flashbacks which recur and which you cannot erase from your memory and they recur easily. It's also for the history of the shock in the family and this might be a mining accident, a car accident, or similar event in the family history. If you were in the car accident and were injured then use the injury resonance. In homoeopathic terms it's the equivalent of Aconite and Opium and Stramonium and other shock remedies.
Injury Resonance
This resonance is intended for all types of injury and is useful in the first stage of any injury. It includes the shock that goes with injury. So if you are in a car accident and are injured this is the one to use. Itfs useful after birth and any injury effect like surgery, followed by a more specific resonance like broken bones or burn. In homoeopathic terms it's the equivalent of Arnica. Is likely here that the injury will show as a defensive reaction in any new event which in some way mimics the original injury. It is likely that the injury memory is held in the tissues locally if it was a local injury as well systemically. This is very useful to use as a routine after any injury as it then allows the normal procedures of recovery to take place and speeds the healing. The mental picture from injury might be flinching from the flashbacks that occur subconsciously, backing away from perceived threats and taking defensive postures automatically in sleep and it reactions to others.
Genocide and War Resonance
This is built from the experiences of Bosnia and Rwanda and other war zones but it applies generally. In general PTSD includes flashbacks, this is the key symptom and the other symptoms seemed to me to be consequences of this. There are nightmares of great intensity, there is emotional shutdown and avoidance behaviour and there is hyper arousal. The key thing in genocide was the tormenting memories after a sudden but premeditated, planned, savage, short lasting, attack. Many similar such events occurring war. For the survivors there are flashbacks of exact extremely scary, horrific moments during war or genocide that were really life threatening, deeply painful, humiliating, remorseful and lots more. These flashbacks are occurring daily, even hourly, even every minute of every day, and have lasted many years already. It is exact images of what happened flashing back all the time.
In consequence of these images, thoughts and responses:
- They cannot get to sleep without tormenting images for a long period into the night.
- They can not sleep properly at all, only getting light and partial sleep for these many years and they are not fully rested or refreshed after sleep.
- They can not focus on any real daily problems as these get linked immediately to genocidal images, which they normally cant blank out, and it is in the centre of their mind and any inner thinking goes directly to the 'TV goal' like replays. They cannot make rational decisions because they cannot think, in every thought they go into the genocide images and ruminate and get no further. They stay buried in these overwhelming processes.
- They cannot respond to the needs of others ? typically their large family and instead neglect them because they are unable to feel and think.
- They try to avoid anything that will stimulate the flashbacks and hyper arousal and this can lead to extreme behaviour and sometimes they turn to drugs and alcohol or suicide/self harming.
Also:
- They feel they could be killed any moment, that any sudden sound frightens them to death day and night. -hyper arousal is the term and it can occur from a child screaming all loud bang or a stone dropped by bird hitting the tin roof. There is the immediate expectation of being killed.
- They are very frightened as the killers are still at large, even living next door, even if the killers next door have tried to apologise. They cannot accept or contemplate the apologies.
- They are deeply disturbed by not having been able to bury their relatives. This lack of closure is a very common and serious PTSD in its own right.
Also, as a consequence of their internalised fearful and deeply frightened state.
- They fear the neighbours in the community who were the killers and generalise this and don't go socialising, donft go to church, don't engage in conversation, never get into laughing and joking, and instead stay at home, isolated from society. They even become speechless for long periods like years.
- They do not allow themselves to be helped by others.
- They feel it is impossible that anyone could even want to help them.
They remain being dependent victims, having to beg for food, unable to even think of work, of restarting work, instead are living in dire poverty, starving (eating a small meal every few days) homeless, rootless yet often having to support large families of orphans. Children drop out of school due to the memories and the consequential inability to study. They can become homeless, criminals and addicted to drugs and alcohol not to mention cigarettes.
Sometimes they do not realise that situation which is a state of denial. But the behaviour is completely out of normal after some traumatic events or being in a war etc. While I am sure this is not the full picture and that it represents mainly the victims inner world, I am sure itfs accurate for the many women and men I interviewed and replicated millions of times across the world in many variations.
Natural Catastrophe Resonance
This resonance is for the PTSD effects of all natural catastrophes.
Primarily it is for:
- The nightmares and constant replays of the PTSD event, the flashbacks.
- For the terrible memories and fears and phobias that started then and continue to this day and prevent sleeping properly and stop effective thinking.
In flash floods and tsunamis and seeing the family swept away and drowned, even babies sucked out of your arms, children clinging to trees that get uprooted. For the loss of land, crops, home, house, animals that flash floods and volcanoes etc can bring. The PTSD of having even your land swept away and so you cant rebuild your house. The effects of being terrified and suffocated and nearly drowning. The effects of volcanic eruptions and the river of lava destroying everything you have, including all your paper proof of accounts, property, passport, identity etc. For the inability to sleep properly or deeply after such events for even decades. For the inability to think properly, study, learn, function because all thinking leads immediately into thoughts of the terrible event. For the inability to accept help, to accept aid yet living in desperate circumstances. For the inability to accept even the slightest affection. For the blaming of God or others for what happened. For the inability to work, study, run a business, to earn a living. For the dependence on begging and aid, where previously productive and hard working. For the inability to love ones children or adopted children after such an event, taking it out on the children and all other unloving acts resulting from the PTSD events. It is also for all those suffering from a family history of such PTSD, going back a century or more where family members were sufferers as above, especially if they still recite the stories, and have unexplained fears, phobias, panic attacks, that make sense in the above context as if it had happened to you. This of course implicates most of the human race, but then, that IS our history. It is therefore needed in all societies where there is unfinished effects of natural catastrophes. It is for all children in the womb of parents who experienced such PTSD during the pregnancy, itfs for all children conceived after such PTSD and all subsequent generations conceived and born after such PTSD unless it is fully resolved. It is specially indicated for all emergency care workers, relief of suffering workers, emergency ward workers/professionals, firemen, ambulance drivers, Red cross/Red crescent workers, all people involved in the care of PTSD victims. They are naturally attracted to their own inner issues, knowingly or unknowingly.
Differential Criteria Between War Resonance And Natural Catastrophe Resonance
Some other PTSD resonances are close to this one, especially Genocide/war PTSD. The main difference here is that with Genocide/war PTSD Resonance, there is deliberate man made intent behind it, its human in origin, which introduces a fundamentally different aspect. There is also Shock PTSD which is specifically for the effects of shock and nothing else and will work in this specific area.
If you are using a PTSD resonance to heal unknown PTSD effects from generations back, you should follow the family store of knowledge or the history of your society to decide which. In Europe Genocides/war PTSD would seem more common. In the east it would seem that natural catastrophe is more common. I can also imagine both war and natural catastrophe PTSD being both strongly indicated and I would then suggest one then the other in sequence.
Adoption Resonance
Especially indicated for an infant child who, when adopted, moves country, culture and race and it becomes seemingly impossible to meet the love needs of the child, love just does not get accepted by them. An unwanted Chinese girl for example adopted and brought into England by a typical white English couple. They are in effect deeply in PTSD.
Caesarean Birth Resonance
The normal birth is an initiation into this realm and while often painful, it is necessary and serves a natural purpose. If a person is born by caesarean then itfs a potential PTSD because a vital life stage has been missed. All sorts of consequences can follow. A lack of gravitas is an obvious possibility, and being ungrounded.
Birth Resonance
Birth PTSD can include any number of complex and overlapping PTSDs for the baby. This is intended for the common possibilities, such as oxygen starvation/suffocation, stuck in the second stage with panic (tunnel phobia), separation from the mother, cutting the cord too soon. If you want to help facilitate a natural birth it's good for the mother to have treatment to her birth PTSD as otherwise is likely to recur when she gives birth and it's quite an easy area to explore and see if there is one. In mechanical birth injuries use Injury and cranial-sacral therapy is brilliant here too.
Grief Resonance
This is not for superficial grief that passes, and related to an event, like a parent dying, that is natural, but for a grief that persists beyond all attempts to move on, and that has obviously tapped a well of repressed grief in the family psyche.
Incest Resonance
This is where a relative normally has sexual contact with an underage child secretly or worse in collusion with the care givers and it leaves indelible scars within.
Nagasaki and Hiroshima Atomic Resonance
When people en mass evaporate in a millisecond, an unimaginable PTSD happens to the people of that country, and in fact to the whole world. This leaves a lot of souls stranded and a lot of unfinished business for the survivors.
Near Death Experience Resonance
This is for when somebody has had a very near death experience, or actual death experience, and it has marked their life in an obvious sort of way, for example they talk about my life before my life afterwards.
Rape Resonance
I think it's fair to say that rape should be assumed to be a PTSD event in all situations unless there is strong evidence to the contrary. The stigma of rape obviously permeates everyone raped but there are some extreme examples as well as the more common situations. There is the situation where the woman is gang raped by an invading army man of men, deliberately as a form of genocide, becomes pregnant, the race/tribe is polluted, the mother is then stigmatised for life for this. She is disowned by her husband and older children, as is the child, nobody likes her or him in the community, and the whole PTSD is taboo and never talked about. The child asks eMummy, why doesnft any body like me? Why canft x play with me? The typical Bosnian Muslim woman raped by the Serbian Army situation, or Rwanda Genocide situation or many other like events that happened.
Torture Resonance
For where someone has been systematically tortured by others especially over a long period and systematically, and using methods that are cruel and violent and brutal and extremely painful. It is suitable for the torturers too and the supervisors, all those involved as victims or persecutors, and in recovery programs. It is for the effects on all levels, emotional, spiritual, physical, ancestral. Amnesty says that most countries do not abide by torture treaties. Recently the USA with EU states in collusion flew people to counties to torture them for years. Torture was widespread in British Colonial rule as it was by Chairman Mao, it was endemic in China. Torture was widely used by the church in the inquisition. Everyone alive must have ancestral memories of it.
Unburied Loved Ones Resonance, the disappeared
When a relative is not buried it affects the whole family structure and psychology. Itfs the worst kind of unfinished business. Obviously this is much worse if say a young girl disappears never to be found, and it leaves an open wound that will pass on for generations if not healed. This resonance is for this purpose, whatever the reason the person is not buried. It is for closure in the most difficult circumstances. This subject is well documented in books by Bert Hellinger, The Order of Love for example. You find this situation after wars, the man went to fight and never returned. The wife waits, even after everyone else has returned, in hope/denial, and still hoping that one day he will walk back in to his family. Or be reported dead. But it never happens. In Argentina tens of thousands disappeared with the generals in power, they dumped people out to sea from airplanes etc. Likewise under Stalin, Hitler, Chairman Mao, who was the worst by far according to recent documented evidence, terrorising a whole country as well as killing millions etc. Wars and criminal rulers still do that to people. The police are still killing street kids in some countries. Itfs the disappeared without trace PTSD. Itfs very common now and a headline in todayfs newspaper when this was written.
Evil Resonance
This is for people who are attached through an even remote connection to evil. The Nazis are a typical example of evil en masse. Any group that carries on such like activities leaves a bitter after effect. Some people have an obsessive attachment to it from a family connection. They may be called paranoid.
Lack of Nurturing Resonance
This is for a lack of bonding, lack of touch and lack of parental nourishing which lays the foundation for a fragile sense of self-esteem. The best situation is that directly after birth the baby should be in contact with the mother virtually permanently and never taking away for any procedure for the first weeks and months and for the mother to be completely in charge. The next part is that the mother remains loving and caring throughout all the difficulties of child rearing such as endless crying and teething and sleepless nights. And the third point is that the parents set stable and firm limits and provide safety so that the child feels always safe and cared for. This resonance is for when none of this happen and instead there is a very fragile self-esteem that leaves the person open to endless PTSDs by psychologically events and finally it results in diseases as the immune system is intimately connected to self-esteem. People in the west with low self-esteem die on average 35 years younger than those with a good sense of self-esteem.
Fire Resonance
The burning of Dresden and Tokyo created infernos that killed people very quickly, and these trauma are now buried in the local psyches. Obviously many people have had serious fire incidents. These might be identified in subsequent generations from the fears. For example of fear of fire might indicate the fire issue, as would a obsession with fire, playing with fire, kids having 50 boxes of matches, or being a fireman. Likewise this might also include a suffocation issue as in horrendous fires these suck up the oxygen leading to suffocation. As this is written people are dying in fires raging across a country. For this to be appropriate in this life the trauma must include actual fire experience.
Bomb Resonance
The idea of a bomb blowing up and being nearly killed is a fairly common human experience. This is then for survivors of a bombing and for those whose parents or forebears were survivors of a bombing. Homoeopathically this is close to Stramonium.
